我国转基因食品管理体系在世界影响下的发展

国际上不同国家对转基因产品管理的严格程度有所差别.美国对转基因食品管理比较宽松,欧盟最为严格,而日本介于美国与欧盟之间,这种形式是国家经济贸易、文化背景、政治等因素综合作用的结果.我国作为一个粮食生产和贸易大国,完善我国转基因的管理体系势在必行.综述美国、欧盟和日本关于转基因食品管理体系的特点和现状及我国转基因食品管理体系的发展,阐明了各国因转基因食品管理严格程度的不同而产生差异的原因,提出了我国转基因食品管理体系发展的建议.

Development of China＇s GM Food Management System under the Influence of the World

In the world, there is difference in strictness of GM food management in different countries. The USA is less stringent than EU countries. Japan is moderate in GM food management. This is the result of comprehensive effect of national economic and trade, cultural background and political factors. China is a big country of production and trade of food, so it is imperative to improve GM food management system. Through overview of characteristics and development of GM food management in USA, EU and Japan, this paper elaborated reasons for the difference in strictness of GM food management in different countries. Finally, it came up with recommendations for development of China＇ s GM food management system.
