| Abstract: | As the improvement of technology,the application of plant tissue culture in agriculture are more and more widely.The application of plant tissue culture in breeding was elaborated from 7 aspects,including haploid and polyploid breeding,distant hybridization breeding,artificial seed,screening of mutants,transgenic breeding and in vitro germplasm resources preservation. |
