烯效唑浸种对糜子萌发和幼苗质量的影响

摘    要:目的]为糜子的实际生产提供理论基础和指导.方法]以黑龙江主栽糜子品种为试验材料,以蒸馏水为对照,设置不同浓度烯效唑浸种处理,研究烯效唑浸种对糜子萌发、幼苗形态和保护酶活性的影响.结果]不同浓度烯效唑浸种处理均对粘丰5号起到抑制作用;低浓度烯效唑浸种对齐黍1号的发芽势和发芽率起促进作用,而高浓度则起抑制作用.烯效唑浸种处理降低了糜子幼苗的株高,并且这种抑制作用随着烯效唑浓度的提高而加重.不同浓度烯效唑浸种处理促进了糜子侧根数和侧根长度的提高,其中T3和T4处理效果最为明显;烯效唑浸种处理大体上抑制了粘丰5号的主根长,而对齐黍1号则起促进作用.中等浓度的烯效唑浸种处理(T3和T4)促进粘丰5号单株鲜重和干重的提高,而所有浓度烯效唑浸种处理均对齐黍1号单株鲜重和干重起明显促进作用.结论]高浓度烯效唑浸种虽对糜子发芽势和发芽率起一定抑制作用,但可明显促进糜子幼苗质量,实际生产中推荐浓度为100 ~200 mg/L.

Effect of Seed Soaking with Uniconazole Solution on the Germination and Seedling Quality of Panicum milliaceum

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical foundation and guidance for the pratical production of Panicum milliaceum.Method] Taking main varieties of P.milliaceum planted in Heilongjiang Province as test materials,with distilled water as CK,different treatments with different concentrations of uniconazole were designed to study the effects of seed soaking with uniconazole solution on the germination,seedling morphology and activities of protective enzymes of P.milliaceum.Result] The seed soaking treatments with different concentrations of uniconazole had inhibitory effects on Nianfeng 5.The germination energy and germination rate of Qishu 1 were promoted by seed soaking treatments with low concentrations of uniconazole,but they were inhibited by seed soaking treatments with high concentrations of uniconazole.The plant height of P.milliaceum was decreased by seed soaking treatments with uniconazole solution,and the inhibitory effects were enhanced with the increasing of uniconazole concentration.The increase of the number and length of lateral root were promoted by seed soaking treatments with different concentrations of uniconazole,and the effects of T3 and T4 were the most obvious.Seed soaking treatments with uniconazole solution inhibited the main root length of Nianfeng 5,but they had the promotion on Qishu 1.Seed soaking treatments with medium concentrations of uniconazole(T3 and T4) promoted the increase of fresh weight per plant and dry weight per plant of Nianfeng 5.And seed soaking treatments with all concentrations of uniconazole had obvious promoting effects on the fresh weight per plant and dry weight per plant of Qishu 1.Conclusion] Although seed soaking treatments with high concentrations of uniconazole inhibited the germination energy and germination rate of P.milliaceum,but they could promoted the the seedling quality of P.milliaceum.And the recommended concentration of uniconazole was from 100 mg/L to 200 mg/L.
