摘    要:目的]优化酸法提取鱼腥草多糖工艺并研究鱼腥草多糖抗氧化活性.方法]采用正交试验法优化酸法提取鱼腥草工艺;以不同自由基清除率为指标,研究鱼腥草多糖抗氧化活性.结果]鱼腥草多糖最佳提取工艺为:提取温度70℃、提取时间6h、浸提1次、料液比1∶40 g/ml;羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基清除率分别为46.17%、57.50%、60.43%.结论]优化鱼腥草多糖提取工艺合理可行,鱼腥草多糖具有较好抗氧化活性.

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction process of ploysaccharides from Houttuynia cordata by hydrochloric acid and study on the antioxidant effect.Method] The acid extraction of Houttuynia cordata process was optimized by orthogonal test; With different free radical scavenging rate as the index,antioxidant activity of polysaccharide of Houttuynia cordata was studied.Result] The best extraction conditions are as following:temperature 70 ℃,time 6 h,extraction times 1,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 40 g/ml ; maximum scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical scavenging,DPPH radical scavenging rate were 46.17%,57.50%,60.43%,respectively.Conclusion] The optimization of polysaccharide extraction process is reasonable and feasible ; Houttuynia cordata Thunb polysaccharide has good antioxidant activity.
