| 摘 要： | 目的]为实现食用菌菌渣的循环利用提供依据,获得利用平菇菌渣栽培鸡腿菇的最佳配方。方法]在鸡腿菇栽培原料中添加不同比例的平菇菌渣,试验采用随机区组设计,3次重复,对产量结果进行方差分析。结果]在配方中添加比例不超过35%的平菇菌渣,菌丝生长情况良好,前三潮菇的生物学效率在126%以上,能够确保投入获得预期收益。结论]利用平菇菌渣栽培鸡腿菇是切实可行的。
