| Abstract: | The isolation, purification, molecule structure, active function of polysaccharides from Pleurotus nebrodensis and submerged fermentation of mycelium were expounded in this paper. The future research direction and development prospects of polysaccharides from Pleurotus nebrodensis were discussed. |
