生物有机肥对盐碱土中大豆和杨树苗木生长的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨生物有机肥施用于土壤改良的最佳配比。方法]采用盆栽试验,取自大庆市植物园林地、草地、农业园区农田和碱斑地表土壤,每种土样按0%、10%、30%、50%、70%比例施用生物有机肥。结果]大豆的地上生长量和地下根部生物量在每种土壤的不同处理间差异显著或极显著,生物有机肥在碱斑土的比例达到70%时大豆生长量达到最大值(12.309 g/株);大豆根长在林地土壤中不同处理间差异不显著,在其他土壤的不同处理间差异显著或极显著。杨树树高生长量在各土壤的不同处理间差异不显著,生物有机肥在林地土、草地土和碱斑土处理中比例达到10%和50%时杨树生长良好,在碱斑土中达到30%时杨树就可以存活。结论]该研究为施用生物有机肥改良盐碱土提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective] The objective of the research was to explore the optimum proportion of applying bio-organic fertilizer in the saline-alkaline soil.Method] In the pot test,the surface soils were selected from the forest land of arboretum,grassland,farmland of agricultural zone and alkaline spot land in Daqing city and the bio-organic fertilizer was applied on every soil sample at the proportion of 0%,10%,30%,50% and 70%.Result] In every soil,there were no significant differences or extremely significant differences on the above-ground growth and underground root biomass of soybean among different treatments.The growth increment of soybean reached maximum of 12.309 g/plant when the bio-organic fertilizer achieved 70% in alkaline spot land.There were not significant differences on the root length of soybean in every forest soil treatment and significant differences or extremely significant differences on the root length of soybean in different treatments of other soil.There was no significant difference in height growth of poplar in different treatments of in each soil.When the proportion of bio-organic fertilizer in treatments of forest land of arboretum,grassland and alkaline spot land were 10% and 50%,the poplar grew well.Poplar could be survived when the proportion of bio-organic fertilizer reached 30% in the alkaline spot land.Conclusion] This research provided the scientific basis for improvement of saline-alkali soil by applying bio-organic fertilizer.
