西藏特有藏药植物砂生槐内生真菌种群多样性研究

摘    要:目的]探讨砂生槐(Sophora moorcroftiana)内生真菌种群的多样性。方法]从西藏特有藏药植物砂生槐的根、茎、叶、种子中分离获得内生真菌,并在光学显微镜下观察其形态。结果]从砂生槐中分离获得68株内生真菌,经形态观察分类鉴定为4纲6目7科14属;不同产地砂生槐以及砂生槐不同部位的内生真菌的数量、分布、种群及组成存在明显差异。结论]该研究可为开发利用砂生槐资源提供理论依据。

Study on the Population Diversities of Endophytic Fungus in S. moorcroftiana

Abstract:Objective]The objective of the research was to discuss the population diversity of endophytic fungi in S.moorcroftiana.Method]The endophytic fungi were separated from the root,stem,leaf and seed of Tibetan medicinal materials S.moorcroftiana.And their configuration was observed under optical microscope.Result]68 strains of endophytic fungi were obtained from S.moorcroftiana.Through morphological observation and classification identification,it was found that they belonged to 14 genera,7 families,6 orders and 4 classes.The results showed that the quantity,distribution,population and its components of endophytic fungus had obvious differences not only in different producing regions,but also in different parts of S.moorcroftiana.Conclusion]The research can provide theoretical basis for developing and utilizing the resources of S.moorcroftiana.
