濒危植物蝟实叶挥发物的气相色谱-质谱研究

摘    要:研究蝟实叶片中的挥发性化学成分。蝟实叶经过水蒸气蒸馏得到挥发油,运用GC-MS技术,结合计算机检索对具体化学成分进行分析和鉴定。用峰面积归一化法计算了各组分的相对含量,分离鉴定了蝟实叶挥发油中49个化合物,占挥发油总量的84.00%。蝟实叶挥发油中含量在3.00%以上的组分有:苯甲醛(10.57%)、苯甲醇(9.34%)、环己基乙醇(4.97%)、β-芳樟醇(6.58%)、苯乙醇(3.01%)、β-突厥酮(6.50%)、苯甲酸-3-己烯-1-醇酯(3.64%)。

Analysis of Volatile Oil from the Leaves of Endangered Plant Kolkwitzia amabilis Graebn. by GC-MS

Abstract:The research aimed to study the chemical constituents of the essential oil from whole herb of Kolkwitzia amabilis Graebn.The essential oil was obtained from the leaves of K.amabilis by steam distillation.Chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS and computer retrieval.The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.Forty-nine volatile compounds were isolated and identified,accounting for 84.00% of the total oil.The main constituents of this oil with the content of over 3.00% were as follows:benzenecarbonal(10.57%),benzyl alcohol(9.34%),1-(2-Hydroxy-1-nitroethyl)cyclohexanol(4.97%),β-linalool(6.58%),phenylethanol(3.01%),β-damascenone(6.50%),cis-3-hexenyl benzoate(3.64%).
