干物质浓度对菠萝叶渣干式厌氧发酵产沼气的影响

摘    要:在C/N为25∶1,温度为(35±1)℃,接种量为30%的条件下,试验设计了A、B、C、D 4个试验组,其干物质浓度分别为15%、20%、30%、40%,以废弃的菠萝叶渣为原料,在自行设计的沼气发酵装置上进行了干式厌氧发酵试验,对菠萝叶渣干式厌氧发酵的可行性及干物质浓度对发酵过程的影响进行了研究。结果表明,菠萝叶渣用干式厌氧发酵工艺处理是可行的;干物质浓度为20%的试验组的产气量为556.9 L,明显优于其他3组;原料产气率和池容效率也优于其他3组;而干物质浓度对CH4含量的影响不大。该项研究对菠萝叶渣的资源化利用提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:In the C/N 25∶1,temperature(35±1)℃,30% of inoculation conditions,using pineapple leaf residues as raw material in self-manufactured anaerobic fermentation equipment,dry anaerobic fermentation experiment was carried out to study the feasibility of anaerobic fermentation with pineapple leaf residue and effect of dry matter concentration on fermentation process.The results showed that it is feasible;gas production of dry matter concentration 20% was 556.9 L,significantly better than the other three groups;raw gas production rate and efficiency of tank volume were higher than the other three groups,while the dry matter content has little effect on in methane concentration.The study will provide a beneficial reference for utilization of pineapple leaf residues.
