黄芪多糖防治草鱼出血病的研究

目的]防治草鱼出血病,提高草鱼成活率。方法]用黄芪多糖、维生素K3粉、板蓝根和维生素C等免疫增强剂拌通威饲料在4个水域进行投喂,开展草鱼出血病的初步治疗试验。结果]水域1草鱼在用药后的第4天基本没有鱼发病死亡,之后没有发生草鱼出血病。水域2草鱼6月24日用药,6月26日病愈,并且没有出现草鱼出血病复发现象。水域3草鱼在用药后第3天完全病愈,之后没有复发。水域4草鱼在用药后第4天死鱼现象停止,之后没有复发。结论]在草鱼饲料中添加适量的黄芪多糖、维生素K3粉、维生素C,可提高草鱼对病毒的抵抗能力,达到治疗草鱼出血病的效果,添加适量的板蓝根对草鱼有保肝利胆作用。

Study on Astragalus Polysaccharide for Controling Hemorrhagic Disease of Grass Carp

Objective] The study was to control the hemorrhagic disease of grass carp and increase the survival rate of grass carp.Method] Tongwei feedstuff with which the immunopotentiator such as astragalus polysaccharide,vitamin K3 powder,isatis root and Vc were mixed was taken to feed grass carp in 4 water areas,the preliminary therapeutic test on hemorrhagic disease of grass carp was conducted.Result] In water area 1,there were no grass carps died because of disease on the 4th day after administration,and then there were no hemorrhagic disease of grass carp appeared.In water area 2,the grass carps were fed by drug on June 24 and were cured on June 26,and then the hemorrhagic disease of grass carp had no recurrence.In water area 3,the recovery of the grass carps appeared on the third day after administration and no recurrence was found.In water area 4,the death of grass carps stopped on the 4th day after administration and no recurrence was found.Conclusion] When proper amount of astragalus polysaccharide,vitamin K3 powder,isatis root and Vc were added into grass carp feedstuff,the resistant ability of grass carp on viruses could be increased and the therapy effect on hemorrhagic disease of grass carp could be obtained and it had hepatic-protective and choleretic effect on grass carp when the proper amount of isatis root was added into the feedstuff.
