| 摘 要： | 目的]研究苦荞醇提物的镇静催眠作用,为进一步扩大苦荞临床应用奠定基础。方法]记录苦荞醇提物对戊巴比妥钠引起的小鼠睡眠持续时间、入睡率及小鼠自主活动次数。结果]苦荞醇提物能延长戊巴比妥钠阈上剂量引起的小鼠睡眠持续时间,增加戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量引起的小鼠睡眠只数,且能明显减少小鼠自主活动次数。结论]苦荞醇提物具有镇静作用。
