灌浆期干旱条件下不同衰老类型小麦生理和灌浆特性研究

摘    要:以11个冬小麦品种为材料,以灌浆期大田干旱胁迫条件下叶绿素降为0的时间为标准,将11个品种分为不同的衰老类型,比较不同衰老类型小麦品种主要农艺性状及生理指标的变化情况,用logistic方程对小麦籽粒灌浆过程进行拟合,并分析不同灌浆参数与小麦粒重的关系及小麦的灌浆规律。结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下,抗衰老小麦叶绿素含量、有效光合叶面积降为0的时间较非抗衰老小麦推迟7~15 d,但千粒重却较非抗衰老小麦降低10 g左右 干旱条件下子粒灌浆速率对小麦粒重影响显著,而灌浆持续时间与粒重无显著相关关系。

Study on Physiological and Grain Filling Property of Different Senescence-types of Wheat Cultivars under Drought Stress at Filling Stage

Abstract:With 11 winter wheat cultivars as the materials and the time of chlorophyll degraded to 0 under drought stress in field at filling stage as the standard,11 varieties were divided into different senescence-types.The changes of main agronomic characters and physiological indexes of different senescence-type wheat were compared,the process of wheat grain filling was fitted with logistic equation and the relationship of filling parameter and wheat grain weight and the filling law of wheat were analyzed.The results showed that the time of chlorophyll content and available leaf area degraded to 0 of anti-senescence wheat were delayed 7-15 d than those of senescence wheat under drought stress,while the 1000-grain weight of anti-senescence wheat was less 10 g than that of senescence wheat.Under drought stress,the grain filling rate had significant effect on grain weight,but grain filling duration had no significant correlation with grain weight.
