摘    要:目前食品质量与安全类专业的实践教学存在思想认识不足、观念滞后、资金投入少、师资队伍缺乏等问题.解决这一问题,需要通过转变教育思想观念,改革课程体系,建立实践教学新体系,加强实验室和实习基地建设,加强实践教学师资队伍建设等措施来改进,从而提高实践性教学环节的质量.

Abstract:Practical teaching was an important teaching activity to make personnel training target and train qualified talents possible.At present,there were many problems in practical teaching,such as our attaching less importance,out-of-date concept,lack of fund and short of teachers.Some measures should be taken to solve the problems,and practical teaching quality should be enhanced.Measures as follow should be taken: ①change educational concept;②reform course system and set up new practical teaching system;③strengthen lab and practical bases construction as well as the building of the teachers.
