| 摘 要： | 新型农民素质状况决定着新农村建设成败,建设新农村必须把培养新型农民放在首位。当前我国农村劳动力整体素质不高,与“有文化、懂技术、会经营”的新型农民的要求有相当差距。培养新型农民要切实加大农村基础教育投入,全面改革农村教育,搞好农村信息化建设。

| Abstract: | The success or failure of the new rural construction depends on the quality of new type of farmers.The training in farmers is the first step in the construction of the new rural.In the current time,the overall quality of rural labor force in our country was not high,which was a long distance with the standard of new farmer.The training in farmers must practically increase the rural elementary education,reform the rural education condition and the rural information construction. |
