| 摘 要： | 近年来,河北省经济水平稳步增长,人民消费水平不断提高,然而人与资源的矛盾日益凸现。采用相对资源承载系数对河北省农业资源与水资源承载状况进行了分析,并分别探讨了机制及其发展对策,对河北省目前的发展处于健康状态还是超载状态作出了回答。 |

| Abstract: | The relationship between human and environment is the core of sustainable development. The economy in Hebei Province has increased steadily and consumption level of people has been improved in recent years. However, the inconsistency between human and resources was becoming increasingly obvious. The application capability in agriculture and water resources was analyzed with the method of the relative coefficient; the reasons were discussed and some advices for the future development of Hebei Province were put forward. |
