| 摘 要： | 基于低碳经济理论,充分结合我国低碳发展现状,以经济增长为约束条件,碳排放总量为优化目标,依据行业特点对所有行业进行划分作为二级指标,构建碳排放总量优化模型,以保持经济增速的同时碳排放总量最小,使低碳经济发展达到最佳效果,为低碳城市发展提供决策支持。

| Abstract: | Based on the low carbon economy(LCE) method as well as the development status in China,an optimization model of total carbon emission was established with economic growth as constrain condition and the total emission of carbon as optimal target,aiming at reducing the total carbon emission to the minimum value so as to obtain the best effects and provide decision-support for low carbon city(LCC) development. |
