基于生态足迹的重庆市涪陵区生态适度人口研究

摘    要:可持续发展是区域内人口、资源、环境的协调发展,研究适度人口对于促进区域可持续发展具有非常重要的意义,而基于生态足迹法的生态适度人口是根据区域生态需求和生态承载力共同确定的,其是衡量区域生态适度人口的定量分析方法。利用生态足迹法对涪陵的生态适度人口进行测算,结果表明,2009年涪陵生态适度人口为38.49万人,而实际人口为103.17万人,说明涪陵存在人口超载现象,具有较大的人地矛盾,这影响涪陵未来的可持续发展,因此涪陵应制定一些对策来促进涪陵可持续发展的实现。

Study on the Optimum Population of Fuling District in Chongqing Based on Ecological Footprint

Abstract:Sustainable development means coordinated development of population,resource and environment in a certain area.Research on the optimum population plays an important role in promoting regional sustainable development.Ecological optimum population based on ecological footprint is confirmed according to regional ecological needs and ecological capacity.Ecological footprint is the quantitative analysis to regional ecological optimum population.The research calculated the ecological optimum population of Fuling District by means of ecological footprint and the result is the ecological population of Fuling District would be 38.49×104 while the actual population was 103.17×104.It showed a population overload in Fuling District and there was great contradiction between man and land,which would put a negative effect on the sustainable development in Fuling District.So,Fuling District should make some policies to promote its realization of sustainable development.
