双孢蘑菇辐照保鲜研究

摘    要:使用Co60γ不同剂量0.4、1.2、1.6、2.0kGy辐照处理双孢蘑菇,可以抑制双孢蘑菇的后熟作用,辐照处理后在破膜、开伞、褐化、腐烂、鲜重损失等方面都明显低于对照.使用1.2kGy的辐照剂量,结合4℃的低温贮藏,能使双孢菇贮藏30d左右.

Abstract:The effect of different Co 60 γ irradiation dosages of 0.4,1.2, 1.6 and 2.0?kGy on the fresh keeping of Agaricus Bioporus was studied. The results showed that mushroom radiated with γ had lower rates of membrane split, opening of pilei, browning and decomposition as well as the lose of fresh weignt. The fresh keeping period of mushroom radiated with 1.2kGy dosage and stored at low temperature (4?℃) was prolonged to 30 days.
