摘    要:目的]研究囊素肽和中草药添加剂——抗感康对肉鸡预防H9N2禽流感病毒感染的保护效果。方法]选择120羽1日龄AA鸡,随机分为3组,即中草药组、囊素肽组和对照组,40只/组。中草药组从1日龄起饲喂添加有0.1%抗感康的混合饲料;囊素组在13日龄时颈部皮下注射囊素肽0.4ml;对照组在13日龄颈部皮下注射0.85%灭菌生理盐水0.4ml,并观察鸡的临床表现。在1、7、18、27、35和45日龄时,记录采食量和体重,计算试验各阶段和全期平均日增重、采食量和料重比。结果]囊素肽和抗感康能阻止H9N2禽流感病毒的水平传播,提高肉鸡抵抗力,并显著提高鸡的生产性能(P〈0.05)。结论]囊素肽和抗感康能明显增强鸡的免疫力并提高鸡的生产性能。

Effects of Immunostimulants on Protecting Broilers from H9N2 Avian Influenza Virus

Abstract:Objective]To study the effects of bursin and Kanggankang(Chinese traditional herbal medicine)on protecting broilers from H9N2 avian influenza virus.Method] A total of 120 a day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into three groups,namely,Chinese herbal medicine group,bursin group and control group,40 broilers /group.In Chinese herbal medicine group,the broilers were fed with mixed feed containing 0.1% Kanggankang from one day old;in bursin group,subcutaneous injection were performed with 0.4 ml of bursin on day 13;in control group,subcutaneous injection of 0.4 ml 0.85% sterile saline on day 13.The food intake and body weight of all broilers were recorded on day 1,7,18,27,35 and 45,and average daily gain weight,feed intake and feed conversion ratio were calculated.Result] Bursin and Kanggankang could prevent horizontal transmission of H9N2 avian influenza virus in broilers.Moreover1,the resistance and production performance were significantly improved(P<0.05).Result] Bursin and Kanggankang can prevent broilers from H9N2 avian influenza virus and enhance growth performance.
