| 摘 要： | 在分析农村公共品管理存在的问题的基础上,提出了农村公共品的双层治理模型。研究表明,该模型的良好运转可确保各主体职责划分的合理性及合作的可能性,通过体制内和体制外两种职责分工与合作的方式,利用各治理主体公平博弈形成的均衡,能形成对农村公共品的有效治理。

By the two ways of duty division including inside and outside of the system, the equilibration of the fair game can make the effective governance fi）r rural public goods. |
