摘    要:目的]为寻找适宜石河子市种植的彩叶植物奠定基础。方法]利用美国Li-6400便携式光合测定仪研究5种彩叶植物(紫叶矮樱、金脉连翘、花叶红瑞木、紫叶锦带、加拿大红樱)叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度的日变化。结果]花叶红瑞木的净光合速率日变化呈双峰型,而其他植物总体上呈单峰型。紫叶矮樱、紫叶锦带、加拿大红樱的光合速率日变化趋势基本一致,峰值均出现在10:00。金脉连翘、花叶红瑞木、紫叶锦带的蒸腾速率日变化趋势均呈双峰型,紫叶矮樱和加拿大红樱则呈单峰型。紫叶矮樱、花叶红瑞木、加拿大红樱、紫叶锦带气孔导度的日变化呈单峰型,仅金脉连翘呈双峰型。结论]5种彩叶植物的光合速率和蒸腾速率均与气孔导度有一定的相关性。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to lay the foundation for seeking suitable color-leaf plants for planting in Shihezi city.Method] The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate,the transpiration rate and the stomatal conductance in the leaves of 5 kinds of color-leaf plants(Prunusxcistena'Pissardii',Forsythia suspensa 'Goldvein',Cornus alba'Spaethii',Weigela florida 'Alexandra' and Prunus virginiana) were studied by using American LI-6400 portable photosynthetic determinator.Result] The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate in C.alba 'Spaethii'showed a double-peak type and that of other plants showed single-peak type as a whole.The diural changes of net photosynthetic rate in Prunus xcistena'Pissardii',W.florida 'Alexandra' and P.virginiana were basically accordant and the peaks all hapemned at a.m.10:00 The diurnal change trend of the transpiration rate in Forsythia suspensa 'Goldvein',Cornus alba 'Spaethii' and Weigela florida 'Alexandra' all showed double-peak type and that in Prunusxcistena'Pissardil'and P.virginiana showed single-peak type.The diurnal changes of the stomatal conductance in Prunusxcistena 'Pissardil',C.alba 'Spaethii',W.florida 'Alexandra'and P.virginiana showed single-peak type,only F.suspensa'Goldvein'showed double-peak type.Conclusion] Both the photosynthetic rate and the transpiration rate in 5 kinds of color-leaf plants both had certain relativity with stomatal conductance.
