我国农村社会保障制度的现状与路径选择

农村社会保障制度的建立和完善关系到农村乃至全社会的稳定。建立健全我国农村社会保障制度具有客观必然性。当前我国农村社会保障制度的现状是农村社会保障水平低、覆盖面小、社会化程度低、形式单一、缺乏有效管理、透明度差。因此,必须加强对农村养老保险制度、农村合作医疗制度和农村社会救助制度的改革,建立完善的农村社会保障体制。

Current Situation and Method Selection of the Social Security System in Rural Area in China

The construction and sound of the social security system in rural area are very important in the stability of the rural area and even our whole society .And so it is necessary to build and perfect the social security system in China .While nowadays , the current situation of social security system in rural area was not very well.For example ,the standard of it was still very low and just small parts in rural area had been covered and effective administration had not been conducted. Thus, we must strengthen the system reform of endowment insurance , cooperative medical service and social relief in rural area ,to set up the sound social security system in rural area.
