内质网小分子量热激蛋白的研究进展

摘    要:热激可以导致热激蛋白的产生,包括产生由核基因编码的内质网小分子量热激蛋白。内质网小分子量热激蛋白是热激蛋白超家族成员,含有2个保守区域和内质网滞留序列;当植物受到内质网胁迫时,内质网小分子量热激蛋白能够保护内质网;对内质网小分子量热激蛋白与植物的耐热性、耐冷性关系进行了初步分析。
