核桃良种嫁接苗木质量分级标准研究

摘    要:目的]提高核桃出圃苗木质量,规范苗木市场,制定科学合理的核桃苗木质量分级标准。方法]在河南省济源市、林州市、孟津县、沁阳市、卢氏县等地,选取一年生嫁接苗、二年生嫁接苗的苗圃10个,采用小样方随机抽样和SAS软件进行数据统计分析法,调查研究了核桃苗木的苗高、地径、茎粗、主根长、侧根数等,筛选出苗木质量分级指标。结果]苗高、茎粗和地径可作为核桃苗木质量分级的主要指标。核桃苗木质量分级标准为:一年生Ⅰ级嫁接苗苗高60 cm、茎粗0.8 cm;一年生Ⅱ级嫁接苗苗高40 cm,茎粗0.6 cm;二年生Ⅰ级嫁接苗苗高80 cm、茎粗1.0 cm;二年生Ⅱ级嫁接苗苗高60 cm,茎粗0.8 cm。结论]结合国家标准和专家意见,从综合控制条件、苗高、径粗、地径和根系等方面得出核桃良种嫁接苗木质量分级标准。

Research on Grade Scale of Grafted Walnut Seedlings Quality

Abstract: Objective] This paper was in order to improve walnut quality, standardize nursery stock market and establish a rational grade scale of the walnut seedlings quality. Method] The data of 10 nurseries at Jiyuan City of Henan Province and other places was analyzed by the small sample random sampling and SAS software . Some traits such as the seedling height, ground diameter and so on were investigated in order to choose the seedling quality grading index. Result] Seedling height, stem diameter and ground diameter can be used as the major indexes in the walnut seedling quality grading. The quality classification standard was as follows: Annual, Class I grafted seedling( seedling height 〉 60 cm, stem diameter 〉0.8 cm); Annual, Class 11 grafted seedling(seedling height 〉40 cm, stem diameter 〉 0.6 cm); Biennial, Class I grafted seedling( seedling height 〉 80 cm, stem diameter 〉 1.0 cm) ; Biennial, Class 11 grafted seedling( seedling height 〉 60 cm, stem diameter 〉0.8 cm). Conclusion] Combined with the national standard and expert advice, grade scale of grafted walnut seedlings quality was put forward from Comprehensive control conditions, seedling height, stem diameter, ground diameter and root system, etc.
