| 摘 要： | 目的]研究虎奶菇的栽培条件，以提高栽培虎奶菇的产质量。方法]以虎奶菇1号为供试品种．分别用棉花塞和棉花塞＋3层报纸密封袋口进行栽培试验以研究不同透气性对虎奶菇菌核中蛋白质营养水平的影响。结果]以棉花塞作密封材料的虎奶菇菌核中蛋白质的必需氨基酸和异亮氨酸含量分别比以棉花塞＋3层报纸作密封材料、鸡蛋白、标准蛋白的高13．94％、21．73％、72．86％和52．86％、425．75％、767．5％。以棉花塞＋3层报纸作密封材料的虎奶菇菌核蛋白质的化学评分、氨基酸评分、必需氨基酸指数、生物价和营养指数分别为16．06、20、79．91、75．4和9．86，分别比以棉花塞作密封材料的高39．25％、22．25％、9．91％、11．7％和10．29％。结论]以棉花塞＋3层报纸作密封材料虎奶菇菌核栽培方式值得推广。
