摘    要:目的]为富硒苦荞特异资源的开发利用提供指导。方法]对不同产地的150个苦荞收集系在同一地点同一季度种植,并采用分子荧光光度法测定其收获种子中的硒元素含量,探讨硒元素含量在不同苦荞收集系间的遗传变异规律。结果]不同苦荞收集系硒元素含量存在较大差异,其平均含硒量为0.0963mg/kg,变异幅度为0.0135~0.1966mg/kg,变异系数为41.1%;根据硒含量状况,可将150个苦荞收集系划分为低硒类型(硒含量低于0.037mg/kg)、中硒类型(硒含量为0.037~0.181mg/kg)和高硒类型(硒含量高于0.181mg/kg)3类。结论]该试验对进一步研究苦荞富集硒的分子机制具有重要意义。
