南京市土地利用与城市化水平的协调度研究

摘    要:以南京市历年土地利用数据和城市化发展相关数据为依据,构建合理的评价指标体系,应用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标权重,采用综合指数多目标决策模型测算南京市历年的土地利用综合水平,同时参照人口城市化法计算南京市的城市化水平。并以此为基础,联合灰色系统理论中的GM(1,N)模型和灰色关联度模型求得土地利用与城市化水平的协调度。研究结果表明1,997年到2007年的南京市土地利用综合水平呈现上升趋势,土地利用与城市化水平的协调系数总体呈现上升趋势,综合协调度指数为0.5446,总体上来说二者处于基本协调的发展阶段。

Abstract:Based on the data of land utilization and urbanization in the last years,constructeda reasonable evaluation system,the paper confirmedthe index weight in Delphi Methodand AHPand adopt the model of comprehensive index weight decision to estimate the level of land utilization and tookinto people account method toestimate urbanization level of Nanjing city.Then we should associate the model of GM(1,N) in gray system theory with the model of grey relationaldegree,so that we can get the degree of coordination for the land utilization and urbanization.The result from the investigation suggeststhat the index of land utilization and urbanization is 0.8183from 1997 to 2007 in Nanjing.Therefore,viewed as a whole,it is in the favorable and coordinating developing stage.
