| 摘 要： | 以山东省寿光和泰安两地的蔬菜大棚土壤为供试材料，探讨了大栅土壤酶活性与土训理化性状的关系。研究表明，调查区大棚土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、中性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性均与土壤有机质含量呈显著正相关，与其它土壤理化性状因子也有一定相关性，确定了影响大棚土壤四种土壤酶活性的相关土壤理化性状因子，建立了相关的数学模型。

| Abstract: | This article makes a study on the soil physical-chemical activity and soil enzymatic activity of the plastic greenhouse soil in Shou Guang county and Taian prefecture of Shandong Province and discusses the relationship between them.Results show that there exits notably positive correlation between the activity of catalase,soil urease,neutral phosphates,acidic phosphates and soil organic matter in plastic greenhouse soil,meanwhile there's certain correlations with other soil nature factors.The study also shows the physical-chemical factors affecting the activities of the above soil enzymatic of plastic greenhousre and makes the corresponding mathemiatic models. |
