云南双核丝核菌不同融合群菌株的遗传分化研究

摘    要:利用12个随机引物对23个双核丝核菌菌株进行DNA指纹分析,结果表明,12个引物共获得210条多态性DNA谱带,多态性检测率为100%。利用UPGMA法构建的分子系统树分析发现,以遗传距离0.86为阈值,可以将供试的23个菌株分为13个RAPD组,三个测试菌株:Bch-61、SM-18、RY-86的融合群归属问题有待于进一步确定。上述结果说明供试的双核丝核菌菌株间存在丰富的遗传多样性。

Abstract:Twelve RAPD primers were used to assess the genetic variation of 23 isolates of binucleate Rhizoctonia from different localities of Yunnan Province.A total of 210 polymorphic bands were amplified with and no common bands were found among tested isolates.The results showed that the rate of polymorphism of the isolates was 100 %.The dendrogram constructed by Unweighted Pair Group Method using Arithmetic Average(UPGMA) suggested that 23 isolates could be divided into 13 RAPD groups with a genetic distance of 0.86,according to RAPD data.However,3 isolates,Bch-61,SM-18,and RY-16,warrant further identification.
