摘    要:研究了在硫酸环境中8-羟基喹啉对碘催化亚砷酸与硫酸铈氧化还原反应的抑制作用及其动力学条件。据此建立了动力学的直接光度法测定痕量8-羟基喹啉的新方法。结果表明,在0225mol/LH2SO4,000125mol/LAs2O3,0001mol/LCe(SO4)2,001mg/LI,05g/LNaCl环境中测定8-羟基喹啉,其线性范围为0020~027mg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数为27×105L·mol1·cm1,Sandel灵敏度为0538μg/cm2。用本法对药物硫酸羟基喹啉钾中的8-羟基喹啉含量的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:In this paper we studied the inhibition effect of 8-hydroxyquinoline on the catalytic oxidation of arsenous acid with cerium()sulfate in the presence of iodide anion in the sulfuric acid and the kinetic conditions.Based on this,a new catalytic kinetic photometric method for the direct determination of trace 8-hydroxyquinoline was established.It is shown that the apparent linear range and molar absorptivity and Sandell are 0.0200.27mg/L and 2.7105Lmol1cm1 and 0.538g/cm2,respectively for the determination of 8-hydroxyquinoline in 0.225mol/L H2SO4, 0.00125mol/L As2O3,0.001mol/L Ce(SO4)2,0.01mg/L I- and 0.5g/L NaCl solution,This method has been used to determine 8-hydroxyquinoline in potassium hydroxyquinoline sulphate with satisfactory results.
