不同寄主植物对小菜蛾羧酸酯酶活性的影响

摘    要:取食6种不同十字花科植物的小菜蛾各龄幼虫之间,α-NA羧酸酯酸和β-NA羧酸酯酶活性显著不同,其中以取食花椰菜的小菜蛾幼虫羧酸酯酶的活性最高。取食不同寄主植物的小菜蛾幼虫羧酸酯酶活性高低顺序为:花椰菜>西洋菜>白菜>菜心>甘蓝>萝卜。

Abstract:The activity of carboxylesterase from larvae of all 4 instars was greatly influenced by their food plants. The activity of carboxylesterase from larvae fed on cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L. var.
