水分胁迫对海州常山抗逆生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用持续自然干旱和涝害处理,研究了海州常山1年生盆栽根蘖苗的水分逆境生态生理特性.结果表明:水分胁迫对海州常山生长和形态特征、生理生化特性(渗调物质、细胞膜透性、酶活性等)影响很大.持续自然干旱胁迫至第14 d叶片出现萎蔫并不能在夜间恢复,复水后有60%棵苗木恢复生长;湿害胁迫下第7~10 d有6棵苗木下部2~3片叶变黄;在涝害胁迫下第8 d叶片失绿并逐渐脱落.随着水分胁迫强度的加大与时间的延长,各种水分胁迫处理的植株叶片相对含水量、叶片水势逐渐降低,细胞相对质膜透性逐渐增大,脯氨酸与可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,SOD酶活性出现先升高后降低的趋势.在干旱、涝害胁迫下,海州常山各个生理指标变化显著,在湿害胁迫下各个指标变化不显著.综合指标分析认为,海州常山是一种抗旱耐水湿性很强的树,耐涝能力较强但没有抗持续长时间水涝的能力.
