| 摘 要： | 从泰山土壤中分离获得一株对多种植物病原真菌具有拮抗作用的细菌。经过形态观察、生理生化特征分析及16S rDNA碱基序列测定和同源性分析,鉴定该菌株为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus),该菌株的16S rDNA序列已在GenBank中注册,登录号为AY756511。

| Abstract: | C332,a strain of antagonistic bacteria,isolated from Mountain Tai soil,had strong inhibition effect against several plant pathogenic fungi.It was identified as Bacillus cereus based on the results of morphologic characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequence.The sequence of 16S rDNA obtained in this study has been registered at GenBank database and the accession number was AY756511. |
