根结线虫对日光温室黄瓜生长、果实品质及产量的影响

摘    要:对感染南方根结线虫的黄瓜植株的生长和果实品质指标进行了测定。试验结果表明:根结线虫侵染后,黄瓜的株高、叶干重、茎干重都显著降低,黄瓜的根系活力和产量也明显下降。黄瓜果实中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、可滴定酸含量上升,Vc、游离氨基酸含量则明显下降。

Abstract:Growth and quality index of cucumber were tested after cucumber was infected by Meloidogyne incognita.Results indicated that cucumber height,dry weight of leaf and stem were decreased severely.The root activity and the yield were also decreased.The content of soluble protein,sugar and titratable acid in cucumber fruit were increased after infection,but the content of Vc and free amino acid were decreased.
