烟草低头黑病菌(COLLETOTRICHUM SP.)分生孢子形态研究

摘    要:采用马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA) 对烟草低头黑病菌的分生孢子进行单孢培养和悬滴法载玻片培养研究。结果表明:该菌产生的椭圆形、新月形两种孢子属于一种分生孢子的不同发育阶段。新月形孢子为烟草低头黑病菌的分生孢子。不同发育阶段的分生孢子都有较强的萌发能力。人工培养条件下,除分生孢子盘上产生分生孢子外,菌丝可直接产生分生孢子。菌丝体上形成典型的瓶体状分生孢子梗。

Abstract:The conidial morphology of Colletotrichum sp. was studied with single spore culturesand spore suspension in glass slide culture. Continuous observations suggested that ellipticand sickle-shaped spores produced by the pathogen were types at different morphologicalstages of the same species of spore, with the sickle-shape spore being conidia ofColletotrichum sp. All of the spores at different development stages showedstronger gerninating capability. In artificial cultures, the conidia wereformed both on acervuli and from mycelia directly. The typical phialids-conidiophorescould arise from mycelia.
