| 摘 要： | 本文采用价值分析的原理和方法对９ＳＪ－４０型锤片式粉碎机进行了系统的分析，其中包括：主要零件的功能定义及功能系统的建立、功能重要度系数的确定、功能值的确定、现状成本的确定、价值计算等。通过系统的分析确定了主轴、箱体作为该产品的价值重点，进而提出这两部分的设计和工艺改进的方案，并对改进后的经济效果进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Hammer mill 9SJ-40 was analysed by value analysis principles. Function definition ofsome staple spares, value analysis system, important degree coefficient, function cost,functional present cost and value estimation were developed. It was beared out that main spindle and box as the machine's main spares, and the plans of their designs and craft improvement was put forward by value analysis. It was proved that the plan would get to the purpose of cost reduces to the expectations by the analysis of improved machine's economicalresult. |
