摘    要:本文研究了24个烟草品种对青枯菌(Pseudomonas solanacearum (Smith)Smith)的相对抗性水平。方差分析表明,只有少数品种间抗性水平有显著差异。根据不同接菌浓度下品种的抗性水平分析,相对抗性较强的品种有Nc95、Nc82和Oxfod26等;较有感病的品种有青梗和Ky9两个品种,其余品种介于两者之间。烟草抗性水平与接菌浓度密切相关。同一品种在不同接菌浓度下的抗性水平有很

Abstract:Twenty-four tobacco varieties were analyzed for the resistance to Pseudomonassolanacearum. Results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences on ly among a few varieties in resistances to P. solanacearum. The comparison of tobacco resist ance between varieties inoculated with different inoculum density revealed that amongthose tested Ti448A, Nc95, Nc82 and Oxford 26 were more resistant and Qinggeng, Ky9more sensitive. Tobacco resistance was closely related with the inoulum density and therewere great differences among resistances of vatieties treated with various inoculum densitiesAs compared with others, Yongding 1 was more resistant while treated with low inoculumdensity and more sensitive while treated with higher inoculum density. G28 was just contra ry to Yongding 1. Analysis on the disease dinemics of tobacco varieties with different resist ance pointed out that the disease indices of varieties with lower resistance increased sharplyduring 14 days after the inoculation, the higher the inoculation density the faster the in crease of the disease indices, and the severer the final disease degree, but no close relation ship was found between the inoculum density and the disease dynemics of varieties withhigher resistance. It is suggested that there might be differences among tobacco varieties inthe mechanism of sensitivity to inoculum density.
