农业系统工程在蒙阴县开发建设中的应用

利用系統工程的方法来调整农业结构,以提高经济和生态效益,是比较先进的科学方法,目前在国内剛剛起步。1983年在蒙阴县的开发建設中笔者应用系統工程的理论和方法,通过大量的调查,收集和整理数据,找出存在的问题,提出了开发战略,据此,建立了数学模型,用计算机进行反复计算,求得1990年农、林、牧、副、农机各业的最佳方案。該方案满足了社会和群众的需要,改善了生态环境,经济效益也比1981年提高3.56倍。最后,根据两年的实践,提出了在系統工程的应用和推广中应注意的几个问题。

APPLICATION OF AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM ENGINEERING IN A DEVELOPING CONSTRUCTION OF MENGYIN COUNTY IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

It is more advanced scientific method to utilize the system engineeringto adjust agricultural structure, so as to improve economic and ecologicbenefits. It is the first step in China at present. In 1983, the author appliedthe theory and method of system engineering to the developing constructionin Mengyin County. Making a lot of investigations, collecting and sortingout data, finding out problems, the author put forward the developingstrategy. Mathematic model based on this the theory was set up, calculationswere performed on the computer repeatedly to seek the optimal scheme foragriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline and agriculturalmechanism in 1990. This has not only met a demand form society andpeople, improved the ecologic environment, but also increased the beneficialresult by 4.56 times as compared with that in 1981. Finally, according to the two-year practice, the author put forward afew points which should be paid attention to application and popularizationof the system engineering.
