| 摘 要： | 在云南昭通彝良小草坝天麻GAP基地中定点定期采集3年生天麻块茎样品,采用常规方法进行天麻块茎大小及干物质含量测定,再利用HPLC法测定不同样品中天麻素含量。结果表明,天麻块茎大小及干物质积累从头年6月至翌年3月,以11月份达到最高;天麻素含量在头年6~11月呈逐渐递增趋势,到11月下旬达到最高峰,12月底突然降至最低,以后,又呈缓慢上升趋势,但仍以11月份为最高。为此,综合考虑天麻块茎大小、干物质含量及天麻素含量积累动态,确定11月份为云南昭通彝良天麻的最佳采收期。

| Abstract: | Termly and in same place collecting three-year-old Gastrodia elata samples in the GAP bases of Yunnan Zhaotong Yiliang Xiaocaoba,the size of tuber,the accumulation of dry matter by common methods,and the contents of gastrodin were determined in different harvesting time by HPLC.Results indicate:From June to March next year,the size of tuber and the accumulation of dry matter are high,but it is the highest in November.The content of gastrodin is gradually increased by degrees from June to November,the content is the highest in the last ten-days of November,the content of gastrodin in December is the lowest,since the content is slowly increased,but the Nov.is the highest.So the best harvesting time of Gastrodia elata is November. |
