摘    要:以小麦(扬麦5号)幼苗为材料,研究了铝对小麦幼苗根系生长、细胞膜脂质过氧化作用、质膜及液泡膜微囊ATPase活性的影响和外加钙缓解Al毒的缓解效应。结果显示,在Al^3+胁迫下,增加Ca^2+的供应可以减轻A1^3+对植物的毒害,明显减轻Al^3+处理对根系伸长及干物质积累的抑制作用,并可减轻因Al^3+处理诱导的根系电解质渗漏率和 增加和过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过化物酶(APX)和超氧化物

Abstract:The effect of Al3+ on the root growth, the li pid peroxidation, the H+-ATPase activities of plasma and tonoplast and the m itigative effect of Ca2+ were studied using wheat cv. Rangmai 5 as mate rial. It was shown that the root growth and dry matter accumulation were interfe red, the lipid peroxidatic reaction(MDA content) and electrolyte leakage of root s were increased, the activities of CAT, APX and SOD in roots and the H+-ATP ase activities of plasma and tonoplast from root cells were decreased under Al 3+ treatment. At the same time, the Vmax of two H+-ATPases were decreased and the km were increased under Al3+ treatment. The effects of Al3+(under 0.5 mmol/L Ca2+ level) were mitigated by increasing Ca2+ supply from 0.5 to 5.0 mmol/L in nutrient solution.
