甘蓝型油菜黄籽基因的分离研究Ⅰ.自交

从黑籽亲本“秦油3号”中分离出黄籽株系931155，其S1代群体的黄、黑籽植株比例约为3：1，黄籽株率为78.3%；S2、S3和S4代群体平均黄籽频率分别为81.7%、84.6%和96.5%，一些株系达90%以上，个别株系达100%，来源于浅黄和中黄的株系后代相比较，前者浅色黄籽株率比后者高。

Self-cross segregation of yellow seed gene in Brassica napus L.

Spontaneous mutant of yellow-seeded plants was ob tained fromblack-seeded Parents of Brassica napus L. The segregation propo rtion of yellow-seeded to black-seeded plants was 3:1 and the rate of yellow -seeded plants was 78.3％ in S1 of line 931155. The rates of yello w-seeded plants were 81.7％ in S2, 84.6％ in S3 and 96.5％ i n S4. The rates of yellow-seeded plants of some lines run over 90％ even 100％. Compared the offspring of pale yellow lines with dark yellow lines, th e rate of pale yellow-seeded lines was higher than that of the dark ones.
