| 摘 要： | 分别对近一个世纪以来二倍体马铃薯栽培种(2n=2x=24)和四倍体马铃薯栽培种(2n=4x=48)的色素遗传研究进行了归纳和总结,比较分析了Salaman遗传模型和Dodds遗传模型的异同,认为色素在二倍体和四倍体栽培种中的遗传位点是相同的,以Dodds的二倍体遗传理论为基础发展和完善后的色素遗传模型可以解释色素在二倍体和四倍体栽培种中的遗传现象。

| Abstract: | The inheritance of anthocyanin pigmentation in potatoes(Solanum tuberosum L.) was reviewed.There appearsed to be little difference between the genetics of the anthocyanin pigmentation system described by Salaman for Solanun tuberosum Group Tuberosum(2n= 4x=48) and the system described by Dodds for cultivated diploids(2n=2x=24).Dodds system was suggested to interpret the inheritance in both cultivated diploids and tetraploids. |
