摘    要:本试验对前人用不同方法筛选出的98份耐低磷种质在同一条件下进行全生育期耐低磷能力研究,结果表明各品种在低磷条件下生长,各性状均表现出不同程度的减弱。具体表现为抽穗期延迟,株高变矮,分蘖减弱,籽粒重减轻,生物重降低。通过水稻主要农艺性状相对值的变异范围、平均值以及它们之间的相关性分析,认为以相对单株籽粒重和相对分蘖数相结合作为水稻全生育期耐低磷能力的鉴定指标即可。同时鉴定出23个典型耐低磷品种。这些材料可以作为进一步进行耐低磷的机理及其分子研究的基础材料。

Abstract:The research identified and evaluated 98 different rice varieties of tolerance to low-phosphorus based on the same condition.The results showed that the tassels were delayed,tiller ability was depressed,plants dwarf and grain weight per plant and biomass reduced in low-phosphorus soil.Based on the average,variation range and their correlation analysis of main agronomic rice traits' relative value for tolerance to low-phosphorus,we thought that relative tiller numbers during tiller stage and relative grain weight per plant at full-life stage could be used as indexes for identifying rice genotypes for tolerance to low-phosphorus.Among the materials tested,23 varieties were identified as the typical materials for tolerance to low-phosphorus.These materials could be used for physiological and molecular study of low-phosphorus tolerance.
