| 摘 要： | 为加快云南农业发展，促进农业产业结构调整，实施绿色经济强省和全面建设小康社会，云南发展特色农业势在必行。根据云南省特色农业发展的现状以及云南发展特色农业存在的有利条件和制约因素分析，提出加快云南特色农业进一步发展的总体思路、原则和重点。

| Abstract: | In order to accelerate the development of Yunnan agriculture, promote the adjustment of its industrial structure, actualize a powerful province of green economy and build a comfortably well-off society,it is imperative to develop Yunnan characteristic agriculture. According to the development status quo of Yunnan characteristic agriculture,and the analysis of its beneficial conditions and restrict factors,the general ideas, principles and emphases on speeding up the further development of Yunnan characteristic agriculture were put forward. |
