云南蚕桑产业发展对策

云南具有世界上比较适宜栽桑养蚕的自然条件,是生产优质原料茧的好基地.但是,由于云南省的蚕业组织化程度低,整个蚕业处于小而散各自为阵状态,优良品种难于推广,先进技术难于普及,原料茧销售过度依赖于省外,整个产业处于低效益发展,产业发展缺乏安全性.如果能进行产业整合,调整好产业组织结构、产业科学定位,效益可翻5倍以上,很有利于创中国丝绸品牌.

Countermeasures of developing silkraising industry in Yunnan

Yunnan could be a good base to produce cocoon with high quality because of its suitable natural conditions in mulberry planting and silkworm rearing. However, poor systematization of silkraising industry in the province is causing many problems, such as small and disperse management, difficulties in the extension of good varieties and popularization of advanced techniques, undue depending upon outside market in the sale of cocoon materials, etc., whole industry works in low efficiency, without sustainability and safety. If properly integrated and adjusted scientifically in structure and management, the silkraising industry in Yunnan could raise at least 5 times in efficiency.
