云南峨眉蔷薇天然群体的表型多样性

摘    要:为了从数量上分析峨眉蔷薇(Rosa omeiensis Rolfe)天然居群表型性状在居群间和居群内的变异,对分布在云南的9个峨眉蔷薇天然居群的11个表型性状进行了测量和比较分析.结果表明,11个性状群体间和群体内的F值均达到极显著水平,说明峨眉蔷薇表型性状在群体间和群体内存在着极其丰富的变异.11个性状群体平均表型分化系数为73.55 %,群体间变异(50.65 %)大于群体内变异(17.81 %),说明群体间变异是峨眉蔷薇表型性状的主要变异来源.利用群体间欧氏距离进行的UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,9个天然群体可以划分为3类,群体间的遗传距离关系与群体采种点的生态地理位关系基本上一致.

Abstract:In order to investigate patterns of phenotypic trait variation in natural populations of Rosa omeiensis Rolfe, we measured eleven phenotypic traits of nine Rosa omeiensis Rolfe populations in Yunnan. Analysis of variance for all traits showed that there were significant differences among populations. Among populations, eleven phenotypic traits entirely were significantly different. The mean phenotypic differentimion coefficient VST of the 11 traits was 73.55 %.The variation among populations was higher than that within population,which indicated that the vari-ance among populations was the main reason of the phenotypic variation. Nine natural populations of Rosa omeiensis Rolfe could be divided into 3 groups by UPGMA cluster analysis. The genetic distance of the populations was in accordance with the sites of sampling plants geographically.
