摘    要:采用田间试验和物理分析等方法,研究了不同施氮量对魔芋病害发生、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,魔芋病害的发生频率、产量形成及精粉粘度均与氮肥的施用量密切相关。随着施氮量增加,魔芋病害的发生率由9.89%上升到32.13%,球茎膨大系数由2.98倍上升到4.18倍,精粉粘度由26 500 mPa.s下降至20 000 mPa.s。

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen application amount on Konjac yield and quality were studied using field experiments and physical analysis methods. The results showed that with the nitrogen application rate increased, the incidence of Konjac disease increased to 32.13 % from 9.89 %, the corm expansion coefficient rose from 2.98 to 4.18 times, whereas the viscosity of flour dropped from 26 500 to 20 000 mPa.s. The results indicated that the diseases frequency, yield formation and flour viscosity of Konjac were all closely related to the amount of nitrogen application.
