| 摘 要： | 黄花蒿是我国传统中药,从中提取的青蒿素是抗疟疾的特效药。研究了黄花蒿不同生育时期的青蒿素含量及不同干燥方式对青蒿素含量的影响。结果表明,在云南栽培黄花蒿的最佳采收期为花芽分化期,最佳干燥方式为自然晾晒。

| Abstract: | Artemisinin,a kind of high efficient anti-malaria medicine,was firstly separated from A.annua L.,a traditional Chinese herb.In the study,the artemisinin content of A.anuua L.in different plant vegetative periods was compared and the effects of drying method on the artemisinin content were analyzed.The results showed that the optimal harvest time of A.anuua L.in Yunnan province was at flower bud stage and the best drying method of A.anuua L.was sun drying. |
