| 摘 要： | 2004~2006年,对四川烤烟主产区采集的296个病毒标样进行了ELISA检测,结果表明,大多数烟区的病毒种类以普通花叶病毒(TMV)为主,检出率为67.5%,其次是烟草蚀纹病毒(TEV),检出率为36.5%。此外,黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)和马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)的检出率分别为25.7%和9.5%。病毒的复合侵染现象较为普遍。在大凉山的安宁河流域,烤烟上的病毒种类则以蚜虫传播的TEV、CMV和PVY为主。抗病性鉴定结果表明,K326、中烟90及NC82较为抵抗上述几种病毒病。 |

| Abstract: | Tobacco virus disease was one of the most serious diseases in Sichuan.2004-2006,296 virus samples of tobacco were identified with serology(ELISA).The results showed that TMV was dominant species;TEV,CMV,and PVY were main virus species.Their proportions were 67.5 %(TMV),36.5 %(TEV),25.7 %(CMV) and 9.5 %(PVY),respectively.But in Anning river basin,TEV,CMV and PVY were dominant species and these virus were transmitted by the aphids.The resistances to virus in tobacco varieties were investigated.K326,ZHONGYAN90 and NC82 were better in resistance to virus. |
